真下から見上げて撮ることができないけれど
モノレールではこんな構図も簡単に狙えます。

パチり。

You hardly look up trains from directly underneath.
However if you aim a monorail train,you can make this composition easily.
I placed the bright yellow of Cassia fistula and white of sky in the background as a picture drawn on a folding screen.

目の覚めるような
南国のいろ。
目の眩むような暑さのなか
ひときわ輝いていました。

The vivid red of tropical country.
The flower was remarkably outstood in a dazzling heat.
沖縄にやって来ました。
ベトナムに続き暑い場所ですが、
暑さに慣れていたのと
湿度がないぶん、少し楽に感じます。
これは撮影でお邪魔したお宅のシーサー。
それぞれのお宅に
魔除けがあるって素敵だな。

頼りになりそう。

I'm visiting Okinawa prefecture.
It is hot place as Vietnam.
However,I feel easy because I acclimate myself to heat and it is low humidity.
This is a Shisa which was placed in a house where I visited to take photos.
I thought it is nice situation that there is a talisman against evil in every single house.
It has rugged face but looks reliable.

御茶ノ水と神田のあいだに
かつて存在した万世橋駅。
その跡地はホームだった場所などをうまく使って
オシャレな商業施設に生まれ変わっています。
何年経っても、
駅は特別な場所なんですね。

There was Mansei-Bashi station between Ochano-Mizu and Kanda in the past.
They use the old facility effectively platform,station buildings and so on.
So,the site of the station became a fashionable commercial facility.
Station is a special place for many years.

I aimed panning shot while I was listening croaking sounds of bullfrogs.
Even with that,the park where I usually go appears a lot of faces.

長いベトナムの旅の間に
日本の季節は進んでいました。
まさに葉加瀬…じゃなかった
浦島太郎状態。
嬉しいような
切ないような
夏いろです。

It went into the advanced stages of a Japanese season while I visited to Vietnam.
I felt that it is the very Hakase...no,no,no...Urashima-Taro...
(It means Seiya felt completely lost.)
The color of Summer makes me happy but sorrowful...

打ち合わせと打ち合わせの間に、
時間が空いたので
六本木ヒルズの展望台へ。
東京のど真ん中に立つビルですが、
意外にもあんまり鉄道が見えません。
やっぱり都心はほとんど地下鉄なんですね〜。
唯一チラッと見えるのが浜松町付近。
新幹線が横切る瞬間をパチリ。
東京タワーを添えて。

I got free time between meetings.
So,I went to view spot at Roppongi Hills.
It is center of Tokyo but,I was surprised,you can hardly see railways.
Ah,as I thought,almost of all railways are underground.
However,you can only see around Hamamatu-Chou.
I aimed a moment when a Shinkansen went across between buildings with Tokyo-Tower.

ベトナム・中国国境の街ラオカイから
サイゴンに至る約2000kmの旅も無事終了。
この旅は夏に放送される
NHK BSプレムアム中井精也のてつたび特番として
放送予定です。
仮タイトルには「ゆるっと縦断〜」とありますが
酷暑の中の旅はかなり過酷で
お腹以外はあまりゆるくありませんでした。
もちろん被写体はゆる鉄全開でしたが。
放送日など詳細決まりましたらおしらせしますので
お楽しみに。

Finally,it was end that the over 2,000km long trip from Lao Kay which is on the boarder between Vietnam and China to Saigon.
This long journey will broadcast "Seiya's Tetsutabi Special Program of NHK BS Premium" in next summer.
Draft title is "Run through easily..." however,the long distance journey in heat season was quite hard for me.
So,it wasn't so easy that I lost weight...
Of course,the subject of my photos had gentle atmosphere.
I'll inform you the details of this program.

ホーチミン市内は
バイクと車と人で
それはもう
スッチャカメッチャカ。
しかも大雨が降ると
路面は水浸し。
でもそんなことはどこ吹く風で
激走するバイク
さすがベトナムです。
そんな情熱的な風景をパチリ。

There was chaos which were constructed by crowds and bikes in Ho Chi Minh city.
And,what's more,if it is heavy rain,the road is flooded.
However,bikes rushed on the flooded road without problems.
Great for Vietnam.

The long long train journey in Vietnam will be climax soon.
The dawn make the surface of a passenger car shine and crowns the end of this journey.
The light was strong and gentle which heals my wearied body.

ダラット高原鉄道は
ベトナムの避暑地、ダラットと
有名なリンフック寺があるチャイマットを結んでいます。
リンフック寺は大人気の観光地でもあり
参拝する人
観光する人
モノを運ぶ人
それを運ぶトラックやバイクや大型バスが
この場所に集まって、かなりのカオス状態。
そんな殺伐としそうなシーンでも
どこかゆるいのがベトナムの魅力です。

Da Lat–Thap Cham Railway line connects Da Lat which is the summering resort in Vietnam and Trai Mat where there is a famous temple which name is Chua Linh Phuoc.
Chua Linh Phuoc is one of the most famous tourist resort in Vietnam.
Visitors of temple,tourists and porters get together.
So,trucks,bikes and large basses which carries them get together and made chaos there.
At first sight,it looks very savage but it has calm atmosphere actually.
It is an appealing point in Vietnam.

今日はダラット高原鉄道へ。
標高１５００mを走るこの鉄道は
ゆるさ満点。
何より涼しいっ！
もう下界に戻りたくなくなります…

I got on the train of Da Lat–Thap Cham Railway line.
The railway is very peaceful which run through at an altitude of 1,500 meters.
And,what's more,it's cool!
I wouldn't like to go back to the earth.

I confused and got lost while taking photos of scenery of rural area which looks like Japanese scenery.

ハイバン峠の原生林の中を
ニョロニョロと走る列車。
見つけられるかな？
今日はまたまた夜行列車で移動なので
早めに更新です。
いやっていうほど夜行に乗れるって
考えてみれば贅沢ですね。

This is the hardest place for Vietnam railway which is called "Deo Hai Van".
A train crawled in the middle of virgin forest of there.
Could you find it?
I'm going to get on the night train again.

I can enjoy night train more than enough.
It is very luxurious trip for me.

ベトナムというと
ベトナム戦争を題材にした映画くらいでしか
風景を見ていなかったので、
数年前にこの景色を見るまで
恥ずかしながらベトナムには
ジャングルと農村風景しかないと
思い込んでいました。
数年ぶりに訪れたこの場所は
前回と変わらぬおだやかな風景。
古い機関車が
のんびりと通り過ぎて行きました。

Speaking of Vietnam,I only knew the scene of a movie of Vietnam War.
So,it's embarrassing but I was convinced that there was scenery of jungle and countryside only in Vietnam until I saw this scenery.
This place where I visited for several years ago has kept gentle scenery since last time.
An old locomotive calmly passed away.

はるか昔、
急行八甲田を降りた時に見た風景と
重なりました。

青春時代の記憶を

After getting off the train with comfortable and wayworn body,the conductor signaled to operator with a lantern.
It was the same scenery which I saw after getting off the Express Hakkouda when I was young.
The travel of Vietnam is just like time-travel of my spring time memories.

It's kind of sudden like always,I'm in Vietnam.
A diesel locomotive which had nostalgic figure came to a station in the evening twilight time.
Looked closely,the operator offered a tablet case.
It is the very original railway landscape!
I was very excited to see it from the beginning!
I'm looking forward to traveling in Vietnam.

Hydrangea flowers began to bloom in Koshigaya.
It is clear blue sky but the rainy season in Japan is just around the corner.

Although it was the first day of June,the sky looked threatening.
However when I looked at it carefully,it looked dramatic as a special effect film.
I clicked the shutter of my camera admiring the drama of cloud in a while.
